Stratégis was born in 2013 out of one person's determination: Valéry Couture. An entrepreneur at heart, passionate about real estate for decades in Montréal, she completed her certificate in condominium management at McGill University before setting out — convinced a syndicate could be run differently.

The beginnings were modest and resolutely urban: the first managers did their site visits by bicycle, from one building to the next, rooted in the dense, vibrant life of the city. That closeness — knowing the neighborhood, the building, the people — has stayed in our DNA.

More than ten years later, the team counts 15 managers looking after 130+ syndicates and over 3,000 doors across Greater Montréal. The bicycle has sometimes given way to the car and to our Stratège platform, but the spirit hasn't changed.
